The apartment came to us with the following spatial distribution: integrated entrance hall, living room, kitchen and laundry, a bedroom, a bathroom, a suite, and finally a balcony connecting the environments. Gathering the wishes from the future dweller, we notice some issues to him. Among them, he wanted to separate laundry and kitchen, and increase the number of wardrobes in the master bedroom, opposing the builder proposal.
